The hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the modern amenities you need. The staff provide excellent service and are friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is also very convenient, being in the center of Panaji and not very far from the beach, especially the beautiful Miramar beach. One of the highlights is the good-sized balcony in the rooms, which allows you to enjoy the surroundings and the lovely view.

Fine view from our room on the higher floor. The veranda was a treat, perfect for enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The service was great, with special mention to Mr Prakash at breakfast. The hotel promptly replaced a noisy fridge. I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Goa. the location was excellent - not far from the beach and in a peaceful area. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Lastly, the rooms were wonderful, with balconies and sea views, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast offered was also delicious, with a good variety of options available.

All in all, everything was great and there's nothing that needs improvement.

Stayed at this hotel over Christmas. The facilities were great! Loved the clean rooms and the tasty food. The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly which made our stay even better. The location was ideal as it was near popular attractions and shops. It was also peaceful and calm, allowing us to truly relax during our time there.

The AC was not working properly and the temperature could not be controlled from the room. This made it very difficult to sleep comfortably.

The breakfast selection was somewhat limited, but the quality of the food that was served was still satisfactory.

What a great Christmas break! Two free meals were included in the package! the location was perfect for strolling around and finding street food. Close to the beach for a quick walk too. the room was clean and spacious, with a balcony that was perfect for relaxing with fresh sea breezes.

The air conditioning was a letdown, too warm and too humid for comfort even though I tried repeatedly to adjust it. I didn't bother with the dip pool as it was so small.
